When Jae Won came to Launceston from South Korea 5 years ago with her Australian husband and two young children there were a few big adjustments to make. First of all was adjusting to being a full-time housewife and mum at least initially. Eventually though Jae Won got the idea to have a Korean pancake stall at local markets which has become a good success.
